Jason Poth
Have you ever started something new and become completely fascinated with what you’ve found? That is exactly what happened to Jason Poth, the owner of Sentec Scuba. In March 2017 on vacation in Cave County Florida, Jason fell in love the sport of scuba diving. After his first dive he knew he wanted to do this for the rest of his life. During his first week of scuba diving Jason earned 5 certifications including: Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Deep Diver, Night Diver, and Cavern Diver. Since that first trip in March 0f 2017 Jason has been on over 800 dives in places all over the world such as Thailand, the Caribbean, Mexico, and many dive spots all over the United States.
In 2019 Jason joined the board of directors for the Mansfield YMCA and began offering Discover Scuba classes to help fundraise and reach out to youth in the community. Now, as a PADI Open Water Instructor, he teaches nearly every PADI certification course available.

Michael Reed
Mike Reed is an experienced maritime and dive professional with a passion for safe and rewarding experiences both above and below the waterline. As a licensed boat captain, Mike combines expert vessel handling with a dedication to safety, ensuring every trip he leads from dive charters to exploratory excursions is run with precision and care.
An accomplished diver and teacher, Mike holds the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) credential, qualifying him to teach a wide range of scuba courses and mentor aspiring divers toward advanced certifications. He also serves as a PADI Public Safety Diver Instructor, training divers in specialized techniques used in search, recovery, and emergency response operations. These roles reflect his commitment to comprehensive diver education and preparedness, whether for recreational exploration or public safety applications.
Mike’s approach to instruction emphasizes calm control, clear judgment, and buoyancy mastery, helping students build confidence and skills that last a lifetime. Outside of formal training, he’s known among peers as a reliable boat captain and mentor who brings enthusiasm and depth of experience to every outing.

Trever Boyle is a dedicated firefighter committed to serving his community through emergency response, fire suppression, and patient care. With a strong foundation in fire service operations, Trever brings professionalism, discipline, and a calm presence to every call.
In addition to his duties as a firefighter, Trever is currently enrolled in paramedic (Medic) school, further advancing his medical knowledge and hands-on skills in emergency medicine. His pursuit of paramedic certification reflects a deep commitment to patient care and a desire to provide the highest level of life-saving treatment in high-stress environments.
Known among peers for his strong work ethic, teamwork, and willingness to learn, Trever continually strives to grow as a first responder. Whether on the fireground or in the classroom, he is driven by a passion for public service and making a meaningful difference when it matters most.
Meet Matt Davis, a dedicated individual who has mastered the art of balancing duty, adventure, and a passion for fitness. As a PADI Divemaster, his love for marine life and environmental preservation drives his commitment to becoming a skilled diver.
But Matt's commitment doesn't end there. When he's not exploring the underwater realms, he's serving his community as a police officer, a role that reflects his strong sense of responsibility and dedication to keeping his neighborhood safe.

He began his scuba diving journey in 2022 and quickly developed a deep passion for the underwater world. With a strong interest in photography, technology, the environment, and nature, he’s drawn to how diving connects all of those elements below the surface. Teaching comes naturally to him, and he enjoys helping others build confidence, skill, and respect for the underwater environment. Whether he’s behind a camera, working with dive equipment, or guiding new divers through their training, his focus is on learning, sharing knowledge, and doing things the right way.
Daniel Brown
PADI Divemaster Daniel Brown is a PADI Divemaster who’s just as comfortable underwater as he is covered in sweat at the gym or pulling wire on the job. By day, he’s an apprentice electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), putting in the hours and learning the trade on his way to becoming a full-fledged electrician. By… pretty much every other moment, he’s either lifting weights or eating like it’s a competitive sport.
Known among friends for having an almost supernatural ability to eat more food than anyone — even when already full, Daniel treats “I’m stuffed” as a personal challenge rather than a warning. Buffets fear him. Leftovers don’t stand a chance.
When he’s not diving, training, or working, you’ll likely find him at the gym pushing heavy weight and somehow still planning his next meal. Equal parts disciplined and ridiculous, Daniel brings energy, strength, and a good sense of humor to everything he does whether it’s underwater, on the jobsite, or at the dinner table.

PADI DivemasterVader Moore is a passionate diver and unapologetic nerd, proudly earning her nickname from a lifelong love of Star Wars and the legendary Darth Vader. A devoted fan of the saga, she embraces her inner geek with humor and confidence, proving that fandom and adventure go hand in hand.
As a PADI Divemaster, Vader brings professionalism, skill, and a calm presence to every dive. She enjoys guiding divers, supporting instructors, and helping others feel comfortable and capable underwater, all while promoting safe and enjoyable dive experiences.
When she’s not beneath the surface, Vader can often be found enjoying a well-crafted cigar and good conversation. Known for her strong personality, adventurous spirit, and unmistakable nerd pride, she blends discipline, curiosity, and fun into everything she does whether she’s talking dive theory or debating her favorite Star Wars moments.
